It’s hard to believe it’s been 10 years since the first “Them & Us” compilation album was released. Things have changed more than we could have imagined in that time. Less than half of the bands on the first 2 albums still exist. Club Spot and Thunderhorse Studios, where the first 2 albums were recorded, have both closed. And after the COVID-19 pandemic that started in 2020, musicians, venues, and recording studios all over the world are struggling more than ever. Despite all this, we see a light at the end of the tunnel and are so happy to say that the scene is surviving here in Korea, and the World Domination, Inc. family continues to grow.

This issue of “Them & Us” is the product of over 400 hours in the studio, and once again, it features some of the best punk rock and ska Korea has to offer. We’ve got 2 bands that have been on all 3 compilations and 1 who made their first appearance on “Them & Us 2.” Most importantly, it includes some of the most exciting new bands that have come out of the Korean scene in the last few years. We all appreciate bands with longevity, there there’s something especially exciting about working with the new bands.
